Unlimited Broadband - Why Is It So Important?
Unlimited means you can access pictures, films, videos
and music without fear of extra charges. Most competitors
packages limit the amount you can download. Eric Tveter of Telewest
said: "Hype over lower pricing and faster speeds is being used
to hide inadequate services with heavy restrictions. A service
with a 1Gb or 2Gb monthly cap defeats the whole point of faster
broadband."
A restriction of 2GB download per month (offered by
the likes of BT, Wanadoo, Virgin, Tiscali etc.) will allow you to
view about half and hour of video per week - above that usage and
you will be charged extra. Beware!
Special Offer! - If You Already Have Broadband
If you are already a Broadband user and are out of
contract, you will get 2 months free when you switch to this
service (credited to your account after your third month). You need
to obtain a MAC (migrating authorisation code) from your existing
supplier.
